JOB DESCRIPTION
Area Supervisor position will be responsible for all aspects of the Janitorial Service process and every aspect of day-to-day Operations and the general Operation of the business. Area Supervisor will work closely with Operations to oversee, supervise and direct cleaner of 30+or- people performing general cleaning at multiple accounts. As Area Supervisor you will need to possess great leadership skills and must be comfortable working around people and directing large groups. Your ability to direct, motivate, and train janitorial staff is a key asset to this position.
JOB DUTIES
Communicate with customers in person, via telephone and email. Conduct inspections, document information and follow up any deficient cleaning items with appropriate staff. Train staff using various guides and materials. This position will require you to assist or coach the cleaning staff in the evening hours. The supervisor will be expected to assist in the training of cleaners, leads and supervisors. It is expected that your time will be spent in the evening hours working with the evening staff on any task/project necessary for the well being of the company. The duties will include but are not limited to, maintaining supplies cost at or below budget, maintaining labor cost at or below budget and other budgets as assign with weekly reports submitted to the Operations listing any discrepancies with an explanation and corrective action that will be taken. Maintain all positions with well-trained employees. Maintain all training manuals, schedules and other system as approved by the Director of Operations.

Reliable transportation and National Background Screening is required
