A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Full Job Description Mid Shift Janitor Job Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week 12pm-8:30pm

Pay Rate:

Paid weekly (every Friday) $12/hour Job duties : Responsible for cleanliness of restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, and other designated facility areas. Routine building cleaning Restroom cleaning Window cleaning Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter Sanitizing surfaces Floor Care Sweeping Mopping Vacuuming/Dusting Stocking supply rooms

Requirements:

Pass background checks and drug screening Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Physical requirements:

A LOT of walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently. Wear LACOSTA Shirt, close-toed shoes, long pants, and any other required PPE.
