Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of condos and beach houses to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Sanitize and disinfect surfaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment Clean and restock restroom facilities Change bed linens and prepare rooms for incoming guests Empty trash and dispose of waste properly Follow established cleaning procedures and company standards Adhere to all health and safety guidelines Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products Previous hotel, vacation rental, or residential cleaning experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management and organizational skills Requirements Reliable transportation Working smartphone Ability to provide basic cleaning supplies Weekend availability is required Typical work window is between 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional exceptions may apply) Compensation Weekly pay Compensation is calculated per unit (each condo/house has a set cleaning fee) Opportunity for pay increase after 2 months based on performance Please note: This position operates as an independent contractor role.
