This is a custodial-style role where you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the clubhouse! At the direction of the Community Director, you will be responsible for keeping the clubhouse in peak condition by assuring all cleaning and reporting duties are completed as assigned. Typical hours will be 6pm-9pm 6 days a week Benefits Include Hourly Wage Apartment Rent Discount Earned Paid Sick Leave Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness of the clubhouse Perform any special projects assigned to you by the community director Report any maintenance issues found while working Collecting and taking trash out Sanitize fitness center & equipment Clean floors, walls, bathrooms, and office spaces Requirements Must live on-site (Required) Valid Driver's License Strong organization and communication skills Ability to lift 30 pounds All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver's license.
