• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Associate/Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. The selected team member will work alongside our Senior Maintenance Technician to help keep our property at a high standard! This position includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Duties:

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as lighting, plumbing, and electrical
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be comfortable in small attic spaces
• Assist with trash removal and pet waste stations
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents or management
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
• Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner

• Qualifications:

• Ability to do maintenance tasks effectively
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction
• Knowledge of basic electrical systems and repairs is a plus
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus
