Job Description
Industrial Bentonville, AR 11:30am To 8pm $15/Hour Job Details We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Janitor to join our team in Bentonville, AR. As a Janitor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in various areas of the facility, such as offices, common areas, restrooms, and break rooms.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated disposal areas.
Maintain and restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures, door handles, and other high-touch surfaces to promote a hygienic environment.
Ensure that all cleaning chemicals and supplies are handled and stored safely and in accordance with company policies.
Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and event spaces as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing job duties.
Cooperate with other staff members and support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a janitor or in a similar custodial role is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may involve standing, bending, lifting, and carrying moderate to heavy objects.
Understanding of basic cleaning techniques and the proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and procedures.
