Job Description
Part-Time Residential Cleaning Technician Join our team as a Part-Time Residential Cleaning Technician and help create clean, comfortable, and welcoming homes for our clients. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for individuals who take pride in detailed work and enjoy staying active.
Important:
This is not a job for everyone. It is physical labor and much more demanding than cleaning your own home. We are looking for individuals who are trainable, able to take direction, and committed to maintaining high standards. Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all surfaces Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchen areas thoroughly Remove trash, make beds, and tidy spaces as requested Follow customized cleaning checklists for each home Maintain equipment and report any issues Follow company policies and safety procedures Requirements Strong attention to detail and quality work Reliable, responsible, and punctual Good time management skills to complete homes efficiently Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be trainable and able to take direction Physically able to handle repetitive tasks (standing, bending, lifting) Reliable personal vehicle required for transportation to and between clients Schedule & Pay Daytime hours, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays) Mileage reimbursement provided between clients Tips are included as part of the job Be part of a team that values professionalism, consistency, and pride in a job well done.
