Requirements for the Janitorial WorkerAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsComfortable using ladders or step stools to clean elevated surfacesAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsReliable attendance and strong work ethicCommitment to workplace safety and cleanlinessJanitorial Worker ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize floors, restrooms, breakrooms, windows, and office areasRemove trash and recycling and replace liners as neededOperate custodial equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and buffersSafely use cleaning products and chemicals according to company guidelinesClean high surfaces using ladders or step stools when neededComplete assigned cleaning schedules and checklistsWork independently and collaborate with team members to maintain facility cleanlinessFollow supervisor instructions and all company safety policiesThis Janitorial Worker position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where your efforts help create a clean and welcoming workplace.
