A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

Works alongside employees and removes litter from right of ways. Removes litter from truck.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Litter Crew. Loads/Unloads supplies (

RE:

trash bags, trash grabber,). Divides trash into recyclable products.

Admin:

makes sure signature is on all time sheets turned in daily. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS APPLICABLE BACKGROUND CHECKS AND DRUG SCREEN. ANY OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT WILL BE BASED ON THE RESULTS OF BACKGROUND CHECKS AND DRUG
