Full-Time Job Overview Image One Facility Solutions of Little Rock is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety for our Facility. In this role, you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks and routine environmental maintenance. You will ensure our clients step into a pristine, professional workspace every single day.

Key Responsibilities Surface Maintenance:

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors using appropriate commercial cleaning equipment and solutions.

Sanitization:

Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch areas (such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops).

Waste Management:

Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and transport waste and recyclables to designated disposal areas.

Dusting & Detailing:

Dust furniture, vents, light fixtures, and window sills; clean interior glass, mirrors, and entryway windows.

Supply Inventory:

Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify supervisors when restocks are needed to avoid operational delays.

Security & Safety:

Ensure all assigned buildings are locked and secured after shifts, and report any property damage, safety hazards, or maintenance leaks immediately. What We Offer Medical Benefits Package Regular day time schedule beginning at 8am - 5pm. Leaving at 6am -3pm on Fridays. Flex Schedule can be discussed if needed.

Requirements:

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping is preferred but not required.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 40 lbs for the duration of a shift.

Reliability:

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependable transportation.

Detail-Oriented:

A sharp eye for cleanliness and the ability to work efficiently with minimal direct supervision.
