A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Full-Time Cleaner (Travel Required) We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Travel to multiple locations is required, and reliable transportation is a must. Must be able to report to Mountain Home, AR office.
Locations in:
AR, MO, TX, OK, KS
- Clean residential and commercial properties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, and trash removal
- Ensure all spaces are cleaned to company standards
- Take and submit before and after photos of all cleaning jobs and input into our system (documentation is mandatory)
- Report any maintenance issues or supply needs
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and follow all instructions
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning experience
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/move for extended periods
- Smartphone with camera capability required for job documentation
Schedule:
