Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our team in maintaining the pristine condition of outdoor spaces, , and landscaped areas. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and appearance of , and grounds through hands-on maintenance, irrigation management, and equipment operation. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to creating safe, attractive, and well-maintained environments that enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of our outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Operate groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, chainsaws, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, and pest control to promote healthy growth. Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Maintain equipment through routine cleaning, lubrication, minor repairs, and scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols related to power tool operation, pesticide management, heavy lifting, manual handling, and equipment use. Assist with landscaping projects that improve the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces while adhering to environmental standards. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout shifts.
