Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to meet health standards and ensure guest safety Conduct floor cleaning and care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate floor care techniques Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels for each property Use cleaning equipment and detergents effectively while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and chemical use Dust surfaces, clean surfaces thoroughly, and maintain overall tidiness of the property before guest check-in Communicate professionally with clients or property managers regarding cleaning schedules or special requests Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, custodial roles, or housekeeping management is preferred Knowledge of cleaning procedures including sanitation standards and surface cleaning techniques Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and outdoor work experience is a plus Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform manual handling tasks efficiently Strong time management skills to complete cleaning tasks promptly without compromising quality Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients or team members Basic understanding of cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and floor care products Join our team if you're passionate about creating pristine environments that guests will love!
