Job Overview This is a part-time position with primarily evening and weekend hours. Applicants must have dependable transportation to and from job locations. Black Belt Cleaners is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team! We are a locally owned cleaning company built around discipline, integrity, reliability, and attention to detail. What You'll Do Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and other commercial spaces Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and high-touch areas Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen/break areas Empty trash and replace liners Restock supplies as needed Pay close attention to details and make sure each space meets Black Belt Cleaners' quality standards Use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment safely and properly Communicate with your team and management when something needs additional attention Treat our clients' businesses and property with care and respect What We're Looking For Commercial or professional cleaning experience required Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Takes pride in doing a job thoroughly Able to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and professional demeanor Comfortable being on your feet, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks Able to follow cleaning checklists and company procedures Must have reliable transportation Willingness to learn and meet our high standards Why Work for Black Belt Cleaners?
