City of Litchfield Park

Par Time OMEX is seeking a dedicated employee to perform manual labor associated with the daily cleaning of office space, conference rooms, break rooms, and Restrooms.

Duties require moderate physical strength and stamina. Work includes dust mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, polishing furniture, and operating basic cleaning equipment. Employee must have their own transportation and be available from 6am

10:30am Monday
Friday and the pay is $17.00 per hour. This position starts on August 3, 2026 Duties will be performed starting at 6am in the order of them at the below three (3) locations. 1. City Hall

8:30am 3. Litchfield Park Library
5390 N. Litchfield Rd. Litchfield Park, AZ 85340 a. 8:30am
10:30pm Regular Responsibilities Daily 1.

Empty trash containers and recycling receptacles 2. Dust mop, sweep, wet mop floors. 3. Vacuum rugs and carpets 4. Wipe off table tops, chairs, and counter tops. 5. Clean outside of microwave and refrigerator 6. Spot clean interior partitions and door glass 7. Clean gym, vacuum carpet, clean water fountain 8. Restrooms a. Empty trash containers b. Clean and sanitize sinks, toilet bowls, and restrooms floors. c. Clean mirrors and bright metal d. Replenish all restroom consumables. Weekly 1. Dust horizontal surfaces and furniture. 2. Clean / dust desktops (do not move papers) 3. Sanitize telephones. 4. Spot-clean doors and light switches 5. Clean partitions, walls, doors, vents, and sills Monthly 1. High dust vents, ceiling corners, remove cobwebs. Requirements Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment Ability to perform manual tasks requires moderate physical strength. Ability to operate mechanical cleaning equipment. Ability to follow simple oral and written instruction in the performance of the job. Ability to establish and maintain working relations with OMEX management and customers. Must be able to communicate in English verbally and written. Pass E-Verify check Pass a background check.
