Multiple sites (valid driver's license required) Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Post-Construction Cleaner to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring newly constructed or renovated buildings are spotless, safe, and ready for occupancy. This position involves travel to various job sites, operating specialized cleaning equipment, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Key Responsibilities Remove construction debris, dust, and waste materials from sites Clean all surfaces, including windows, walls, floors, and ceilings Perform detailed window cleaning and scrubbing of floors using appropriate tools and products Operate auto scrubbers, scissor lifts, and boom lifts to clean hard-to-reach areas safely and efficiently. Conduct office cleaning, including the removal of all dust from fixtures, cabinets, counters, and appliances Dispose of trash and construction waste in accordance with local regulations Inspect sites regularly to identify areas needing attention and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards Report any damage or repair needs to the site supervisor Restock cleaning supplies and equipment as necessary Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and wearing required protective gear Qualifications Experience in post-construction or commercial cleaning preferred, but not required. OSHA 10 training Ability to safely operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and auto scrubbers. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple locations. Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards Knowledge of cleaning products and safe usage for various surfaces and materials Understanding of safety and health regulations related to construction sites Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills for reporting and coordination Sample Tasks Window cleaning (interior/exterior) Scrubbing and polishing floors Office and fixture dust removal Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas Debris and trash removal Why Join Us?
