Phoenix, AZ Job Summary LJ's Cleaning Solutions is seeking a dependable Janitorial Cleaner/Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. This position is responsible for cleaning offices, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces while following company safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Clean offices, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and polish floors Clean windows, walls, ceilings, vents, light fixtures, and furniture Empty trash and recycling containers Restock restroom and janitorial supplies Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment Follow OSHA and company safety procedures Report accidents, maintenance issues, or safety concerns promptly Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequently lift up to 35 lbs and occasionally up to 40 lbs Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Ability to safely work with cleaning chemicals and wear required
