This is not an entry-level position — we are looking for seasoned cleaning professionals who operate like a business, take pride in their craft, and are ready to plug into a streamlined system that keeps work consistent and pay reliable. If you already carry your own insurance, own your supplies, have your own transportation, and know how to deliver a thorough clean without hand-holding, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform residential standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans across Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe Follow detailed cleaning checklists provided for each service type Take before and after photos on every job and upload through our booking platform Clock in and out through BookingKoala, our provider app used for all scheduling and communication Report any property conditions, damages, or concerns to management before and after each clean Maintain the professionalism and quality standards that protect your reputation and ours Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience — residential preferred Active general liability insurance policy required (COI must be submitted before first clean) Must own and bring all cleaning supplies and equipment to every job Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license Hands-on experience with standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans Comfortable navigating a mobile booking platform for job details, checklists, and communication with management Punctual, responsive, and professional — communication is non-negotiable Prior 1099 / subcontractor experience strongly preferred What We Offer Each job is paid 50% of total which comes out to $25
