Small crew:

the owner, one part-time tech, and the one person we're hiring now. Not five. One. Most people who apply won't get it. If that sounds like a challenge instead of a warning, keep reading. Money first, because you're going to ask.

Training:

$18/hr for two weeks. Then 25% of every job you complete, guaranteed at least $18/hr. Slow week, you're covered. Fast week, you get paid for being fast. 35% on anything you add on at the house. Screens, tracks, solar, whatever you sell, you get a bigger cut of. Trained techs run $20-$28/hr with tips. Tips are 100% yours. Our best day paid a tech $36/hr. Not every day. But it happened, and it's yours if you're good.

Sell a service plan:

$50, $100 or $150 on top, every time. Plus cash for every Google review with your name in it. No cap. Your speed and your mouth set your pay. What most window companies won't give you A company truck, gear and uniforms. Your car and your gas stay out of it. Two techs on the big houses. You'll never get dropped alone at a 6,000 sq ft place and told good luck. 3 to 4 days a week to start, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. More days if you earn them. The schedule grows with the tech who can carry it. Paid holidays. A boss who's done every one of these jobs himself, tells you the truth, and answers his phone. The job Windows inside and out, screens, tracks, water-fed pole, ladders up to 24 ft, in Arizona heat. You'll move furniture, work on roofs, and squint into the sun to make sure there's not a streak left. It's hard. That's why it pays. Homeowners will trust you in their house, and you'll talk to them like a pro and offer them plans and add-ons. We'll teach you the how. The work ethic has to come with you. Where this goes We're building this company to run without the owner on the truck. The first tech in the door is first in line for lead tech when truck two goes back out. Pressure washing, pool, pest, solar or landscaping experience helps.
