In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services for a variety of commercial projects ensuring windows and glass surfaces are spotless, streak-free, and sparkling. Your expertise will help enhance the appearance and safety of our clients' buildings, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work indoors and outdoors, utilize specialized equipment, and deliver top-tier customer service with a focus on safety and efficiency. Duties Perform storefront window cleaning, interior and exterior window washing using traditional squeegee methods and modern cleaning tools Operate pressure washers, rope access systems, scissor lifts, and ladders safely to reach high or difficult areas Use specialized cleaning equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, brushes, and safety harnesses to achieve streak-free results Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients about their cleaning needs and ensuring satisfaction General labor duties to include: moping, dusting, vacuuming, and detailed cleaning of restrooms. Qualifications Proven experience in window cleaning, including construction final cleaning of storefronts windows. Skilled in the use of cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, traditional squeegee methods, rope access systems, ladders, and scissor lifts Knowledge of outdoor work environments and experience with outdoor cleaning projects Ability to operate various tools including pressure washers for window cleaning and other janitorial or custodial equipment Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality results and customer satisfaction Excellent physical condition with the ability to stand, climb ladders, lift equipment, and work in various weather conditions Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites Join our team as a Cleaning Professional/window cleaner if you're passionate about delivering pristine results while maintaining the highest safety standards.
