New Construction Cleaner Quad Real Estate Partners - 3.6 Tucson, AZ Job Details Part-time $20 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Single-family home housekeeping Residential housekeeping Attention to detail Laundry Manual cleaning and decontamination technique Full Job Description Two days per week, with availability for additional days as needed Stone Avenue Standard is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to clean apartments during and after renovations. This is hands-on, post-construction cleaning—not just a quick sweep and wipe-down. You'll help turn freshly renovated apartments into clean, move-in-ready homes. What You'll Do Remove construction dust from surfaces, cabinets, drawers, shelves, baseboards, doors, and fixtures. Thoroughly clean bathrooms and kitchens, including showers, toilets, sinks, countertops, and appliances. Clean windows, mirrors, glass shower doors, and window tracks. Vacuum and mop floors, using appropriate products and methods to protect newly installed finishes. Remove light renovation debris, trash, stickers, and residue, and report any damage or unfinished work. What We're Looking For Experience with post-construction, renovation, apartment-turnover, or detailed residential cleaning preferred. Strong attention to detail—you notice the dust inside the drawer, not just on the countertop. Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently and follow a cleaning checklist. Ability to perform active cleaning work, including standing, bending, reaching, and carrying cleaning supplies. Care around new flooring, cabinetry, glass, and fixtures. Schedule The regular schedule is two days per week , coordinated around renovation progress. Availability for additional days or hours is required when apartments are ready for cleaning. Additional work will vary based on project needs.
