Residential, Commercial & Airbnb Cleaner We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners who are interested in consistent cleaning opportunities across Airbnb/short-term rentals, residential homes, and commercial properties . This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, follows detailed cleaning standards, and is comfortable handling different types of properties and cleaning needs. Types of Cleaning Our cleaners may be assigned to: Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers Recurring residential home cleanings One-time residential cleanings Deep cleans Move-in and move-out cleanings Office and commercial cleanings Small business and professional office spaces Other property cleaning opportunities as they become available Availability for multiple types of cleaning is strongly preferred. Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Cleaning Responsibilities may include: Strip used bedding and towels Make beds with fresh linens Vacuum and mop floors Dust and wipe down surfaces Empty trash and replace liners Clean and disinfect bathrooms Clean kitchens, appliances, counters, and sinks Wash or put away dishes Restock guest supplies Check under beds, furniture, and inside drawers for forgotten items Stage the property for the next guest Report damage, maintenance issues, missing items, or excessive messes Complete a final quality-control walkthrough before leaving Residential Cleaning Residential responsibilities may include: Dusting furniture, shelves, baseboards, and surfaces Vacuuming carpets and rugs Sweeping and mopping hard floors Cleaning kitchens and appliances Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms Cleaning mirrors and glass Emptying trash Making beds when requested General tidying and organization Deep-cleaning tasks when scheduled Move-in and move-out cleaning Each home may have a specific checklist depending on the service purchased by the customer. Commercial Cleaning Commercial cleaning may include: Offices Break rooms Bathrooms Reception areas Conference rooms Hallways and common areas Vacuuming and mopping floors Dusting desks and surfaces Emptying trash and replacing liners Cleaning glass and high-touch surfaces Restocking bathroom and break-room supplies when required Maintaining a professional and clean appearance throughout the property Some commercial cleaning may take place outside normal business hours.
