This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building teams, physical work, takes pride in quality, and wants to grow into operation management. Key Responsibilities Supervising work teams Meet performance goals daily, weekly and monthly Perform exterior cleaning services (windows, siding, driveways, etc.) Safely use ladders and equipment on job sites Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures Communicate with customers on-site and by phone Required Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift and handle ladders up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet all day Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in holiday lighting, window cleaning, pressure washing, etc...
