RESPONSIBILITIES / RESPONSABILIDADES

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS / CALIFICACIONES Y HABILIDADES
✔ Previous custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience is preferred. ✔ Se prefiere experiencia previa como custodio, conserje o personal de limpieza. ✔ Knowledge of proper trash disposal, recycling, and facility maintenance. ✔ Conocimiento sobre el manejo adecuado de basura, reciclaje y mantenimiento de instalaciones. ✔ Ability to work independently and stay organized. ✔ Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y organizada. ✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. ✔ Atención a los detalles y compromiso con la calidad del trabajo. ✔ Reliable, responsible, punctual, and dependable. ✔ Persona confiable, responsable, puntual y estable. ✔ Good physical condition to perform cleaning duties. ✔ Buena condición física para realizar las tareas de limpieza.
REQUIREMENTS / REQUISITOS
✔ Must be able to pass a background check. ✔ Debe poder aprobar una verificación de antecedentes. ✔ Must have a valid California Driver's License or California Identification Card. ✔ Debe contar con una licencia de conducir válida de California o una identificación del Estado de California. ✔ Must have reliable transportation. ✔ Debe contar con transporte confiable. ✔ Basic English communication skills required. ✔ Se requiere un nivel básico de comunicación en inglés.
