This position supports technicians, service advisors, and management by assisting with shop operations, moving vehicles, managing inventory, and performing general errands and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Move customer and company vehicles safely throughout the property. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop, parking lot, and customer areas. Assist with receiving, organizing, stocking, and tracking parts and shop inventory. Deliver parts to technicians and return unused parts as needed. Perform routine shop maintenance, including emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning work areas. Assist with vehicle inspections, fueling, washing, or preparing vehicles for customer pickup. Pick up and deliver parts or supplies from vendors as directed. Help unload deliveries and organize storage areas. Monitor shop supplies and notify management when inventory is low. Assist with miscellaneous tasks and special projects as assigned. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record required. Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong organizational and time management skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Positive attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed. Previous automotive or warehouse experience is preferred. Physical Requirements Frequently stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry materials. Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Safely operate customer vehicles and shop equipment. Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM
