The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks effectively. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas (office's, breakrooms, outside areas, greenhouse, and packhouse) . Carry out floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Conduct janitorial duties in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring all spaces are clean and presentable. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any needs or malfunctions to management. Support facilities maintenance by performing minor repairs and upkeep as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while executing all cleaning tasks. Provide porter services when necessary, assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment. Qualifications Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred; candidates with commercial cleaning or industrial cleaning backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is essential. Experience in facilities maintenance or minor repair work is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required. Required:

Must be 21+ years old. Experience using hand and electrical tools Ability to read technical manuals and drawings Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision, able to work independently and in a team environment This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week Flexible availability for work hours. Willingness to work weekends.
