Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean surfaces according to company standards. Inspect and prepare surfaces before cleaning, including removing debris and assessing any potential issues. Apply appropriate cleaning agents and detergents to enhance the effectiveness of the pressure washing process. Adjust pressure settings and nozzles as needed for different surfaces and cleaning requirements. Ensure thorough rinsing and cleaning to remove any residues and prevent damage. Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and elevators Dust and polish furniture and fixtures Vacuum and mop floors Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Complete necessary paperwork, including job reports and equipment maintenance logs.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in pressure washing or related field preferred. Knowledge of pressure washing equipment, techniques, and cleaning solutions. Ability to operate pressure washers, hoses, and other related equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting equipment and working in various weather conditions.
