ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
(The follow duties for the position listed shall include but not be limited to) Assist all service personal (i.e. advisors with receiving and pick up of customer units). Pickup and delivery of customer units as required. Assist Technicians and shop Foreman with control of all units. Pre-stage techs next unit. Clean completed units. Keep warehouse organized for easy access of all units at all times. Up keep of entire service department. Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership as a whole. Maintain a positive working relationship with all other managers, employees and departments.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department including general housekeeping. Follow company dress codes and be well groomed at all times. Prefer some computer literacy. Prefer interest or experience in Motorsports industry. Ability to assemble and PDI new units. Responsible for new units, starting from receiving to customer walk around as outlined in the PDI training procedures and guidelines. Responsible for organization and control of PDI area and service warehouse storage
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent Clean driving record with current drivers license. Require strong, excellent verbal & solid communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment with multiple strict deadlines.
