JOB DESCRIPTION

• Janitor for Premier Services We are seeking a reliable and hardworking janitor to join our team at a premier shopping center in Corona, California.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of our high-end retail environment. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and the ability to work independently. This is a part-time position for Saturday and Sunday, 3:30am-12pm, $20 per hour. Key Responsibilities Trash removal and Waste Management

• Regularly remove trash from common areas, parking lots, and restrooms. Ensue all waste bins are emptied and maintained. Cleaning and Sanitizing Restrooms
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in public restroom including restocking supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels and soap. Disinfect surfaces to ensure spotless appearance. Common area maintenance
• Sweep, mop, clean seating areas, windows, mirrors, and surfaces to ensure a spotless appearance. Maintenance and Exterior Spaces
• Regularly clean exterior spaces such as walkways, curbs, courtyards and entrances to ensure that the shopping center maintains pristine exterior at all times. Light maintenance
• Report any damages or repairs to Supervisor. Safety & Compliance
• Follow all safety protocols and cleaning procedures. Ensure all cleaning chemicals and equipment are stored safely and used according to manufacturer instructions. Customer Service
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while interacting with tenants, customers and visitors.

Be responsive to any special cleaning requests provided by the Supervisor. Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time. Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals and techniques. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work, preferably in a commercial or retail environment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Ability to work in a variety of environments, including outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 per week
