Full Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Janitor / Yard Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe yard environment while providing general support to mechanics, drivers, and office staff. Job Duties Clean and maintain the equipment yard, shop, offices, restrooms, and common areas. Sweep, pressure wash, and remove debris from work areas. Clean construction equipment, vehicles, and tools. Assist mechanics with shop organization and housekeeping. Support drivers and office personnel with general tasks as needed. Organize materials, tools, and equipment throughout the yard. Empty trash and maintain cleanliness of all company facilities. Perform general labor and yard support duties as assigned. Qualifications Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working around heavy equipment and construction machinery. Positive attitude and willingness to assist multiple departments. Previous janitorial, warehouse, yard, or construction experience is preferred but not required.
