Full Job Description Starting Pay:

$22/hour with accelerated pay review after skills are verified Well Done Windows is looking for a reliable, hardworking, experienced window cleaning technician to join our growing team. We service residential and commercial properties throughout the Bay Area and are looking for someone who already understands professional window cleaning and can demonstrate strong technique, attention to detail, safety awareness, and professionalism on the job. Compensation All new technicians start at $22/hour while we verify experience and skills in the field. Technicians who demonstrate strong professional window-cleaning ability, reliability, efficiency, safety, and the ability to work independently will receive an accelerated pay review . We are looking for experienced people and are willing to recognize proven skill once it has been demonstrated on the job. What We're Looking For Professional window-cleaning experience, especially storefront window cleaning is preferred. Ideal candidates have experience with some or all of the following: Traditional squeegee window cleaning Water-fed pole and pure-water/DI systems Residential and commercial window cleaning Screens, frames, tracks and sills Hard-water stains and difficult residue Extension poles and ladders Interior and exterior window cleaning Protecting customer and employer property and maintaining a clean work area You should also be: Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented Professional with customers Safety-conscious Able to follow instructions and company procedures Physically able to perform window-cleaning work throughout the day A licensed driver with your own vehicle to travel to and from jobsites throughout the day Schedule This is currently a part-time position , with hours based on our job schedule.
