We are seeking a candidate interested in working in a variety of residential and commercial environments. Must have previous experience. Duties Experience with store front window cleaning Perform exterior and interior window cleaning on various building types using professional tools and techniques Pressure/power washing of building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces to remove dirt, grime, mold, and stains

Power/Pressure/Soft Washing Responsibilities:

Follow the proper power/pressure washing and cleaning procedures Soft washing of residential homes Solar Panel and Gutter Cleaning Qualifications Honest and reliable Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs Excellent communication skills is a must Driver's License (Required) Must have own vehicle (Required) Experience 6 months or more experience is preferred, especially storefronts. Experience operating equipment like scissor lifts or other height-access machinery is a plus Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn new techniques and safety practices Compensation Based on experience.

Pay:

From $21.00 per hour
