3 evenings/week. Approx. 8-12 hours/week.

Job Description:

We're hiring a dependable, detail-oriented custodian to provide janitorial services at a small federal office building in Fall River Mills. This is a self-directed role — you'll typically work independently on-site, so reliability and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities:

Clean and disinfect offices, restrooms, kitchen area, and common spaces per a set task checklist Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop hard floors, empty trash to outside dumpster Report any building issues (leaks, damage, security concerns) promptly Fill out maintenance logs

Requirements:

Prior janitorial/custodial experience preferred Reliable transportation to the Fall River Mills site Able to pass a basic background check (Federal facility access) Comfortable working independently

Pay:

$25.00 - $26.00 per hour
