Cleaner

Responsibilities:

• Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
• Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them to the appropriate personnel
• Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in a safe and responsible manner
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up after events or meetings as needed

Skills:

• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
• Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement and minor repairs
• Proficiency in floor care, including buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team
