Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

" The simply-stated goal has fostered steady growth for over 40-years, and we currently manage over 100 properties with approximately 25,000 units. We are experiencing tremendous growth and are currently seeking a Porter for one of our communities in Fresno, CA.

DUTIES :

Daily upkeep of common areas

interior and exterior
including: Parking areas BBQ/Recreational areas Waste/Rubbish locations General/Basic landscaping Assist the maintenance team with vacancy turnover Provide the final cleaning of our homes before the new resident moving in If needed, support the maintenance team with basic work orders

Resident Relations:

Help with delivering notices/letters/ to residents Work closely with the manager to ensure resident satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS
