Vieira Cleaning Services hires hardworking, detail-oriented Commercial Janitorial Cleaners. We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, professional workplaces for our clients. This position will focus on cleaning offices, warehouses, clinics, and other commercial facilities .

What We're Looking For:

Commercial or janitorial experience required (3 years) Must be dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Available to work Monday - Saturday Must be able to lift 25 lbs, bend, and be on your feet Good communication and customer service skills Functions You Will Provide , but are not limited to: Empty trash and recycling bins & replace liners Clean and disinfect restrooms (toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors) Dust, wipe, and disinfect all surfaces and high-touch points (desks, doorknobs, light switches, etc.) Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean break rooms/kitchenettes (tables, counters, appliances, sinks) Restock paper towels, toilet paper, and soap Maintain overall cleanliness and professional appearance of client sites

Additional Essential Functions:

Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision. Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers with courtesy and respect. Ability to work cooperatively with others. Ability to accept direction and constructive criticism. Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple projects. Ability to contribute to the overall team effort, including being consistently in uniform and on time. Ability to pay close attention to small details.
