Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners efficiently and safely Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Handle heavy lifting and manual handling of cleaning supplies and equipment with proper technique to prevent injury Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in residential or commercial settings Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper application technique Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks throughout the shift Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with housekeeper management practices and residential housekeeping standards is a plus Join us if you're passionate about creating clean environments that make a difference!
