We're hiring an experienced Lead Cleaner to help run day-to-day cleaning operations for a growing residential cleaning company serving the Laguna Woods Village community. This role is part hands-on cleaning, part team lead — you'll set the quality standard, guide newer cleaners on-site, and make sure every job meets our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough residential cleaning to company standards (dusting, sanitizing, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.) Lead a small team on-site, assigning tasks and checking finished work for quality Train and mentor new cleaners on techniques, safety, and pace Communicate directly with clients on-site regarding special requests or concerns Report supply needs, scheduling conflicts, or client issues back to the office

Requirements:

Prior professional cleaning experience required; hotel/hospitality housekeeping experience is a strong plus Experience leading or training other cleaners preferred Reliable personal transportation required (routes cover multiple homes per day within Laguna Woods) Ability to stand, bend, and lift supplies for extended periods Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior clientele Must pass a background check

Pay:

From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
