CJ's Model Home Maintenance has one position left for a dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented cleaner to maintain a sales office and one beautiful model home in Lincoln every Thursday night , beginning promptly at 6:00 PM .

PAY:

$63 PER SESSION The $63 is the total pay for cleaning the sales office and one model home each Thursday night. It is not $63 per building. These are

There are no families, pets, or everyday household messes. Our cleaners maintain the sales office and model home so they look beautiful and ready for potential buyers. Everyone works at a different pace, and it may take longer when you are first learning the project.

THE DETAILS

Every Thursday night Starting promptly at 6:00 PM Lincoln, California One sales office and one model home $63 total per cleaning session Long-term, consistent weekly work CJ's Model Home Maintenance is a family-owned company that has served Northern California for more than 36 years .

WHAT WE PROVIDE

All cleaning supplies and equipment Supplies and equipment generally stored securely at the jobsite Training for the right person Direct-deposit payroll twice per month, on the 10th and 25th Professional cleaning experience is not required. However, you must genuinely enjoy cleaning and be committed to maintaining our high standards.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Employees must accurately record all working time. Compensation is administered in accordance with California wage-and-hour requirements. This position does not include medical or dental insurance, paid vacation, or paid holidays. California paid sick leave is provided as required by law. Most holidays are worked as regularly scheduled. Thanksgiving and Christmas cleanings are generally moved to the day before or the day after, depending on which day of the week the holiday occurs.
