A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

As a Day Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of building exteriors, parking lots, and sidewalks. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being active outdoors during the morning hours. Responsibilities Sweep and pick up trash from parking lots and sidewalks Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of building fronts Monitor trash areas and promptly report any illegal dumping Work scheduled shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Qualifications Ability to work independently and follow instructions Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment Reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Offered compensation: $19/yr - $22/yr
