Position Summary Title:

Building Services Associate We're looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Building Services Associate Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. This is a hands-on position that combines custodial duties with light warehouse support and basic facility maintenance. Responsibilities Clean and maintain office areas, warehouse spaces, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, empty trash, and sanitize surfaces. Perform floor care, including buffing, polishing, and carpet cleaning. Organize cleaning supplies and maintain storage areas. Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals while following company safety procedures. Perform light building maintenance, including changing light bulbs and minor repairs. Assist the Warehouse Technician and warehouse staff with daily operations, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, refurbishing water purification systems, and preparing systems and equipment for deliveries, and installations. Ensure all units are cleaned, organized, inspected, and ready to go before leaving the facility. Clean and maintain company vehicles and assist with basic fleet upkeep. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly. Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently. Qualifications Previous custodial, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred. Basic maintenance skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed. Basic computer knowledge. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry 75-100 pounds on a regular basis. Comfortable working on ladders to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks. Ability to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, squat, and reach while performing daily duties. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
