The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This position involves a variety of cleaning tasks across different environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. The Cleaner will contribute to creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and visitors. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in various settings, including offices, restrooms, and common areas. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas through effective custodial practices. Conduct industrial cleaning duties as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Execute floor care responsibilities such as buffing, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain high-quality surfaces. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning schedules are met efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly. Occasionally assist with residential painting projects when required. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance of various surfaces. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
