We are looking for an experienced apartment vacancy cleaner who is reliable, detail-oriented, efficient, and takes pride in high-quality work. This position will begin as a part-time, on-call cleaning role. As the company grows, the right person may have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility and grow into a Field Lead position . Advancement will be based on cleaning quality, speed, reliability, communication, and leadership ability. Responsibilities Clean vacant apartment units to rent-ready standards Clean bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas, hallways, closets, and entryways Clean kitchens, including countertops, cabinets, drawers, sinks, faucets, backsplashes, and reachable appliance surfaces Clean bathrooms, including tubs, showers, toilets, vanities, mirrors, sinks, faucets, and floors Clean floors, baseboards, doors, door frames, light fixtures, switches, outlets, and other reachable surfaces Remove dust, dirt, hair, debris, and visible buildup from included areas Disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, faucets, and toilet flush handles Clean exposed and reachable surfaces without moving large or heavy appliances Select and use appropriate cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely Inspect completed work carefully before considering the unit finished Recognize when continued cleaning could damage a surface, fixture, appliance, or finish Stop cleaning and report conditions that cannot be safely or reasonably cleaned Report existing damage, permanent stains, hazardous conditions, unknown substances, access issues, missing utilities, or unusually heavy cleaning conditions Follow cleaning checklists and job instructions Take required before-and-after photos using a smartphone Complete assignments efficiently while maintaining quality Communicate professionally with Cloverly Cleaners, LLC Follow all company safety and cleaning procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Previous experience with apartment vacancy, apartment turnover, move-out, deep, or commercial cleaning Strong attention to detail Understanding of how to select and safely use appropriate cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment Good judgment about when to continue cleaning, change cleaning methods, or stop and report a potential problem Ability to work efficiently and independently Reliable transportation to cleaning jobs in Monrovia, CA and surrounding areas Smartphone capable of taking and submitting before-and-after photos Dependable attendance and professional communication Willingness to work as a W-2 employee Ability to safely perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and carrying cleaning supplies Employment is conditional on successfully passing a pre-employment background check Must complete all required hiring and onboarding paperwork Schedule This position will initially be part-time and on-call. Work will be scheduled as apartment vacancy assignments become available. There are no guaranteed hours at the beginning. Cleaners who consistently perform high-quality work and demonstrate reliability will receive priority for future assignments as client volume increases. Compensation and Growth Opportunity $25 per hour W-2 employment with Cloverly Cleaners, LLC Part-time/on-call work initially Clear cleaning standards and checklists Opportunity for more regular hours as the company grows Potential opportunity to advance into a Field Lead role after demonstrating strong performance A future Field Lead role may include helping document cleaning procedures, training future cleaners, inspecting completed units, taking job photos, and communicating job updates. This is a cleaner position, not a Field Lead position at the time of hire. Advancement is not guaranteed and will be based on performance and business needs.
