Full-time opportunities available About Us Blue Ribbon Window Cleaning is a family-owned window cleaning company serving Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, and surrounding areas. About the Role This is not a "stand around and wait" type of job. We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, moving with purpose, solving problems, and making customers happy. You will be cleaning residential and commercial windows, screens, tracks, mirrors, and other exterior surfaces depending on the job. You must be comfortable working on ladders, entering customers' homes when needed, communicating professionally, and representing Blue Ribbon with a positive attitude. What You'll Do Clean interior and exterior windows Clean screens, tracks, sills, and mirrors when included Work on residential and commercial properties Use ladders safely and confidently Communicate clearly with customers and team members Keep equipment organized and vehicles clean Follow job notes, customer instructions, and company procedures Take before/after photos when needed Work efficiently while keeping quality high Help create a great customer experience from start to finish What We're Looking For Prior window cleaning experience required Comfortable using ladders Reliable transportation to work Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and good attitude Detail-oriented and customer-friendly Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to lift, carry, bend, climb, and work outdoors Comfortable moving throughout customers' homes respectfully Must be dependable, on time, and ready to work What We Expect We are fun, friendly, and easy to work with — but we also take the job seriously.

Experienced cleaners can average $20-$30/hour , depending on production, efficiency, job type, and quality of work.
