Full Job Description Power Washing Field Technician Status:
Part-Time (15-28 hours per week)

Role Summary:
As an Entry-Level Field Technician, you will support pressure-washing operations, learn core systems and safety protocols, and help deliver high-quality service to our customers. This role is designed for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and motivated to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate pressure washing equipment on exterior surfaces Assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment Follow all company safety protocols, PPE requirements, and chemical handling procedures Support job site setup, execution, and cleanup Enter job data accurately (photos, time logs, materials) using company systems Communicate professionally with customers on-site Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all local, state, and federal environmental regulations, including proper wastewater management (no storm drain discharge) Safely operate company vehicles when required
Performance Expectations:
Arrives on time and ready to work consistently Follows safety protocols without reminders Completes assigned tasks efficiently and correctly Accurately logs all required job data Demonstrates willingness to learn and improve daily
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record (subject to MVR checks) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor (standing, bending, kneeling) Reliable transportation to job sites Basic smartphone or tablet proficiency No prior experience required - training provided
Schedule Expectations:
Available on Weekdays with the occasional weekend work, as needed Early morning start times may be required Schedule may vary based on weather and job demand
Work Environment & Expectations:
Exposure to water, cleaning agents, and outdoor elements Team-oriented environment requiring flexibility and accountability Employees are expected to support reasonable business needs within their capabilities
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
