$20.00-$22.00 per hour Township Building Services, Inc. is currently hiring dependable and hardworking Full-Time Day Porters and Evening Janitorial Staff at a fixed site. We are looking for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

Full-Time Day Porter Responsibilities include:

Maintain cleanliness of common areas throughout the day Clean and restock restrooms Empty trash and recycling Clean entrances, walkways, break areas, and other assigned spaces Respond promptly to spills and other cleaning needs Perform routine inspections of assigned areas Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Report maintenance, safety, or facility concerns to management Follow all company and site safety procedures Full-Time Evening Janitorial Staff Responsibilities include: Perform general cleaning of offices, common areas, restrooms, and assigned spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors Empty trash and recycling containers Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces Clean and restock restrooms Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces Follow assigned cleaning schedules and scope of work Properly use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment Follow all company and site safety procedures Qualifications Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong attention to detail Professional attitude and appearance Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift Must be available to work a full-time day or evening schedule Compensation $20.00-$22.00 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and position.
