Property Porter The Star Companies Placentia, CA Job Details Full-time $22 - $24 an hour 6 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Ladder use High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Position summary This position will be responsible for the upkeep and monitoring of our manufactured home community of 162 spaces, its amenities, common area exteriors, park owned buildings, parking lots and common grounds during regular community office business hours. This position reports directly to the Community Property Manager. Position Performance Objectives:
Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, Park office, parking lots and community buildings (clubhouse, bathrooms, etc.) in cooperation with landscape maintenance vendor. Remove trash from office areas, recreational facilities, dog park, and community perimeter daily. community dumpsters for city pick up and keep areas free of overflow items. Remove trash and debris from vacant units and remove weeds and dead vegetation. Perform assigned tasks in a timely manner. Report any maintenance concerns for clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Community Property Manager. Always represent the community in a professional manner. Deliver communication documentation to residents. Ensure that unsafe conditions are reported to the Community Property Manager. Clean and organize pool furniture, check pool and spa chemicals daily, maintain pool records and cleans pool deck weekly. Maintain other common area facilities daily by keeping them clean and supplies stocked. Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g. "touch up" paint, install signage, change light bulbs, reset timers, etc.). Aid in preparation for social events and functions in clubhouse.

Possess a valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance. Read, write speak English fluently.
Physical Requirements:
Has the ability to bend, reach and lift boxes and office supplies up to 50 pounds. Performs simple tasks, such as power grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation. Requires ability to climb and work from ladder up to eight (8) feet in height.
Experience Requirements:
Possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum six months of related experience.

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus benefits listed above
