Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pearson is seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitorial Maintenance Associate to join our team in Pomona, CA. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout our office, warehouse, and surrounding property. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform general cleaning and sanitation of office and warehouse areas Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas Sweep, mop, and maintain warehouse floors, dock areas, and walkways Remove debris and maintain cleanliness in shipping and receiving areas Complete and maintain daily sanitation and cleaning records Monitor and help ensure the facility and property perimeter remain clean and free of litter and debris Follow all company safety and sanitation procedures Assist with additional facility maintenance tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, or general maintenance experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning responsibilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail Benefits Pearson offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) and pension program Paid sick time Paid vacation time Nine paid holidays annually If you take pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained, we'd love to hear from you!
