This role involves maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe, sanitary environment across various commercial spaces. There are opportunities for additional work or advancement into more specialized roles for those who demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic. The position requires physical effort, including heavy lifting, to effectively perform cleaning duties and maintain high standards of hygiene. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to keep facilities clean and organized Handle heavy lifting as part of moving equipment, furniture, or supplies safely and efficiently Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly and used correctly Follow established safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries during cleaning activities Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality of service Assist with additional tasks or responsibilities as needed, with potential opportunities for further roles based on performance Skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation Reliable, responsible, and punctual with a positive attitude toward work Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently when required Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities for career growth within the company

Pay:
