This is a part-time W-2 employee position. Hours will vary based on customer bookings and employee availability. Responsibilities Perform standard, deep, recurring, and move-in/move-out residential cleaning Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and other agreed-upon areas Follow EverClean cleaning checklists and quality standards Use cleaning products and equipment safely Treat customers' homes and belongings with care Arrive on time and communicate promptly about delays or job concerns Report damage, safety issues, and requested work outside the approved scope Complete job checklists and quality-control steps Qualifications Residential or professional cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation to customer homes Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written instructions and checklists Professional and respectful communication Ability to perform physical cleaning work, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting typical cleaning equipment Compensation and Benefits $25 per hour W-2 employee position Paid training Mileage reimbursement for approved work-related travel Customer tips when received Part-time schedule with the opportunity for additional hours as bookings grow EverClean Home Services is committed to providing dependable, high-quality residential cleaning and a professional experience for both customers and employees.
